This session, surrounded by fields of sunflowers, invites you to find a place of ease & comfort within your body. We will move through a mindful, quiet practice, connecting with natures’ energies to nourish & sustain our soul.

Posing and pouring! Take time to create calm in the body and mind.
Soft Hatha Session followed by conversation & wine with our unique community.
