Posing and pouring! Take time to create calm in the body and mind.  

 Soft Hatha Session followed by conversation & wine with our unique community. 

$30 investment includes: 75 min session, 1 glass wine, snack plate, & a special one time only gift.

One-on-one session for gentle alignment, breathe work and movement in a safe, secure, private atmosphere.

Gentle Healing Flow by Candlelight

Mondays at 6 pm

This gentle practice is for the beginner. We will spend our time together creating a foundation for our movement.

Beach Fun

Yoga Basics Flow

Thursdays  6pm

This class begins with gentle stretching then moves into creating 1 or 2 key poses in the body with alignment.

Night Out

Call to arrange a

A unique way to have a fun night out! Spend time creating a pampering product with essential oils, a session of gentle yoga and laughter.
